#We Are America

Mitú introduced #WeAreAMERICA as a non-partisan election initiative during the 2016 elections. This digital media brand aimed to engage and activate Latino youth, who make up nearly half of all Latino voters in the U.S. The ongoing campaign, encompassing multiple platforms, delivered content, tools, and events to inspire young Latinos and empower them to shape the future of their country.
The main objective of #WeAreAMERICA was to educate and build a community, while the campaign's style and flexibility supported its educational purpose. Distinguished organizations like the National Council of La Raza (NCLR), along with tech and entertainment allies such as the Office of Mayor Garcetti, fwd.us, and Rock the Vote, contributed to the success of this initiative.
