The LA Bowl is not your ordinary football game. It's an immersive experience that celebrates the spirit of Southern California and the excitement of NCAA football. Held annually at SoFi Stadium and Hollywood Park until at least 2025, this bowl game brings together the Mountain West and Pac-12 conferences.
As part of Thirsty Agency's creative team, I had the privilege of working with SoFi Stadium, the Mountain West Conference, and the Pac-12 Conference to develop and launch the LA Bowl's unique identity. Our goal was to create a brand that truly honored Los Angeles, the city of champions, and captured the essence of a Hollywood spectacle.
The LA Bowl showcases the Mountain West's top seed against the Pac-12's fifth seed, promising a thrilling match-up on the field. My role in this project was to design a comprehensive system and layout that covered various platforms, including social media and content promotion. I wanted to ensure that the aesthetics of the Southern California experience were reflected in every aspect of the game's branding.
